Abstract: 

IN THIS DECADE, THE USE OF JACK-UP PLATFORMS FOR GEOTECHNICAL EXCAVATIONS FLOURISHED IN IRAN. THE AUTHORS OF THIS ARTICLE HAVE TRIED TO EXPLAIN THEIR EXPERIENCES IN THE EXCAVATION OF DIFFERENT AREAS OF BAHMANSHIR AND ARVAND RUD RIVERS, THE COASTAL WATERS OF THE PERSIAN GULF AND GULF OF OMAN AND SOME OF THE IRANIAN ISLANDS BY USING THREE JACK-UP PLATFORMS. THESE EXPERIENCES ARE RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THREE JACK-UP PLATFORMS FOR EXCAVATION AND THE GEOTECHNICAL OPERATION IN VARIOUS PARTS OF THE SEABED AND DIFFERENT HYDRAULIC CONDITIONS SUCH AS DEPTH, CURRENT AND WAVE. THIS ARTICLE, AFTER A GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE IMPLEMENTED PLATFORMS, EXPLAINS THESE TOPICS: 1) EXPERIENCE OF USING DIFFERENT HOT SHOES FOR THE PILLARS IN DIFFERENT SEA BED CONDITIONS, 2) HOW TO FACE THE POLE BUCKLING OF THE CONE PERMEATION TEST IN THE DISTANCE BETWEEN JACK-UP PLATFORM'S DECK AND THE SEABED, AND ALSO LEVELING OF THE CONE TEST AND THE EXCAVATION SYSTEMS, 3) CARRYING, ANCHORING, PLATFORM ELEVATION AND IMPLANTING THE PILLARS IN SEABED AND STABILIZING THE VERTICAL SHAPE CHANGES IN SANDY AND GRAINY BEDS, AND 4) PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF DIFFERENT ELEVATOR SYSTEMS (HYDRAULIC AND HAND HOIST) ACCORDING TO THE EXPERIENCES. THESE EXPERIENCES ARE COMPARED TO THE STRATEGIES RECOMMENDED IN DIFFERENT SOURCES RELATED TO THE USE OF THE JACK-UP PLATFORMS, AND FINALLY, THE RESULTS OF THE PERFORMED EXPERIMENTS ARE DESCRIBED.

Abstract: 

کشور ایران با توجه به منابع خدادادی و طبیعی آن از جایگاه ویژه استراتژیک برخوردار است و از آن مهمتر در بیضی استراتژیک جهانی قرار دارد. یعنی دارای رتبه دوم جهانی دارنده گاز و رتبه چهارم جهانی نفت است. در این راستا صنایع نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی و سایر صنایع وابسته به حامل های انرژی زا، از اولویت استراتژیک بر خوردارند و سرمایه گذاری در آنها در اولویت او ل است و ساخت و تولید تجهیزات و قطعات اصلی و یدکی آنها دارای ارزش افزوده مضاعف و ضامن تداوم تولید ثروت است. ساخت و راه اندازی سکوهای حفاری (JACK Up) یکی از طرحهای بزرگ صنعتی در حوزه های نفت و گاز است که با توجه به سرمایه گذاری کلان، اجرای پروژه ساخت و بهره برداری به موقع از آن، نقش بسزایی در توسعه صنعتی، رونق اقتصادی و رفاه اجتماعی ایفا می نماید.سعی شده JACK Up در این مقاله با توجه به روشهای مختلف ساخت و به آب اندازی سکوهای حفاری است گزینه مناسب برای ساخت بدنه، ساخت پایه ها، مونت اژ بدنه، مونتاژ پایه ها و سیستم به آب اندازی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. این بررسی بر پایه مشخصات فنی یکی از انواع سکوی حفاری شناور مورد تایید مجموع وزارت نفت صورت گرفته است.

Abstract: 

در این مقاله به بررسی توانایی های مختلف سکوهای حفاری JACK Up پرداخته شده است. این سکوها با توجه به ویژگی های ساختاری خود پرکاربردترین نوع سکو حفاری در ایران به شمار می آیند و در این مقاله و یژگی های مختلف سازه ای و عملیاتی این نوع سکوها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. تست غلتش نیز به عنوان یکی از تست های مهم سکوهای JACK Up به تفضیل توضیح داده شده است. در پایان نیز به وضعیت سکوهای موجود در ایران و تحولات آتی اشاره شده است.

Abstract: 

Coastal areas due to geographic location, biodiversity and dependent ecosystems are sensitive and delicate areas. In this study, the sensitivity of the coastal ecosystems of the South Pars region has been determined, and the results have been evaluated by using Expert Choice software. Since, the south Pars region is constantly exposed to the drilling and extraction of the oil and gas wells, the JACK-up drilling platform is identified as one of the pollutant factors in the region and its effects as a pollutant factor on the Different ecosystems have been analyzed. In order to assess risk through the basic definitions of risk assessment, as well as application of mathematical techniques, the probability, the severity of consequences, and the importance of habitat have been identified and calculated. In this study Fuzzy concepts are used for quantifying the qualitative parameters. In order to validate the results, the calculated mathematical model was compared with the actual values. The results of environmental events over a period of four years indicated the importance of considering environmental risks in drilling operation by JACK-up, which is needed for management and protection of sensitive ecosystems in the region.

Abstract: 

In order to model real behavior of JACKup PLATFORMS subjected to environmental conditions, a nonlinear dynamic analysis considering soil-structure interaction subject to wave loading is investigated. For this purpose, spudcans behavior, soil nolinear behavior near the structure, contact phenomena at the interface of the soil and foundation such as gapping as well as geometrical nonlinear behavior of the structure are considered. The soil which is used in this study is assumed to be granular with varying friction angles. Beam on Nonlinear Winkler Foundation method (BNWF) is a suitable model for soil media modeling. For wave loading two methods were used, monochrome wave and irregular waves representing a sea state. Results of this study show that inelastic behavior of the soil causes an increase in displacement at hull elevation and permanent unequal settlement in soil below the foundations which is increased by decreasing friction angle of soil. In fact spudcans and the underlying soil cause a relative fixity at support of the platform which changes dynamic response of structure compared to the case where the structure is assumed to have a fixed support.

Abstract: 

At present study, leg welding joints of Super M2 JACK up are evaluated by structural analysis. By reviewing other researches, it is recognized that JACK up joints were analyzed by applying simplified supports. In this research, another method is developed.At first, considering the Persian Gulf environment, JACK up platform model was generated and analyzed deterministically, then critical joint by considering welding volume was modeled in finite element software and it was analyzed by applying displacements of neighbor joints (by using the results of JACK up platform analysis) as its boundary condition. By analyzing the model, it is considered that using displacements of vicinity joints around the critical joint as boundary condition has more accurate results than applying simplified support; also Super M2 JACK up platform has reasonable structural strength in Persian gulf conditions. Finally, according to the truss shape of legs, changing of direction for environmental forces do not have essential effects on magnitudes of maximum stresses in legs structure, but the positions of occurrence is variable.
